As the majority of products contain some level of personalisation, the responsibility is on the purchaser at time of purchase to ensure all details entered are correct. When will I get my order?
The Ideal Gift operates as a small business. While that means lead times can vary, that also means that you get the very best attention to detail and dedication to creating the perfect product before shipping. The turnaround time for production is 2 days production plus Shipping times with An Post, 1-2 days. At busier times this may be a little longer.
Where are your products manufactured?
Products are manufactured both locally and globally.
Gifts are curated and printed in Ireland.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is with An Post at €6.50 per item.
